Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins on the date you receive the item, as confirmed by the delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and accessories that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

Please include the return authorization number with your return package. Returns without a valid authorization number may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and processed your return.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will process the refund using the same payment method when possible.

Refund amounts will equal the purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees for items that do not meet return conditions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
