Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
